Returns

We offer size exchanges only. Please request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items returned for a size exchange must be unworn, unused, clean, and in perfect condition, without pet hair, dirty collars, or other signs of wear.

How to start a return

Whether return or cancellation requests are accepted depends on the terms above and your rights under applicable law.

If you ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the items to us. We will send you an invoice for the shipping cost of the replacement order, which you must pay before we ship the replacement. If we sent an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
